Now that Christmas has came and went this year, try to keep the joy of God, family, and friends with you throughout the following year. I will try to do that with you as well. Sometimes after the 'high' of an occasion passes, we find the lows. Life seems to be a roller-coaster most of the time, I try to enjoy the level soft turns more that the highs.~b
I hope you are enjoying time with your family and friends today. We have had a good morning and looking forward to friends coming over for lunch and board games afterwards. Enjoy the rest of the week.
Merry Christmas to you and yours from me and mine.~b
Since it has been too cold to paint I haven't been out there spreading joy. It looks like the next day or so might be nice so I might be out there; I don't know. It is funny, I come from the south and for me to say it will be nice when the temperatures are around 30 degrees strikes me as humorous.;-}
I have been looking for a vehicle for my wife this past week. Finally last night I found one and she likes it to. I am glad my shopping is done. I enjoyed some aspects of car shopping. It it were warmer it would have been better. For the most part though, I am not a shopper for much of anything.
Last week was enjoyable. I enjoyed painting many Christmas scenes on businesses and homes.
I got to see Santa Clause and Mrs. Clause ferried down the street in Mandan. I got to see many kids with smiling faces as they saw some of my artwork while waiting on Santa Clause.
Some weeks are just memorable!
I hope after this coming up week the temperatures will rise up a bit. The forecast for this week looks bitter. I keep telling people that this is just a cold snap! I figure if I say it enough, it will be true...~smile
Cheers to all, ~b
I am 45 years old, married, and have 4 children. I dream as a child and think as an adult. I try to enjoy every day along this journey.
